There's still time to buy tickets for the Norridge Police Department's Nov. 14 raffles to benefit Hayley Pelletier, 8, daughter of Norridge Police Department Dispatcher Heather Pelletier. On Nov. 19, Heather will take Hayley to China for a stem cell transplant. The procedure has had excellent results, but it has not yet been approved for use in this country by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
